ACTIVITY RESULT FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2003



On 30-07-2003, the Management Board of Klaipedos Baldai AB approved the

financial results for the first half of 2003. During the six months of the

current year, the company's preliminary unaudited pre-tax profit accounted

for LTL 4,145,014.
