DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD (6 OCTOBER 2003)



On 6 October 2003, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decided to:

1)suspend central market trading in ORS of Panevezio Pienas AB (code 11311)on

8 October 2003 in order to protect interests of investors due to the

shareholders’ meeting, which is to take place on 13 October 2003.
