OPERATIONAL RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY-SEPTEMBER 2003

Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB has reported unaudited profit before taxes of

LTL 7.223 million earned during the first nine months of the year 2003 (during

the corresponding period of 2002 this amount equalled LTL  5.916 m). During

the month of September the company earned a profit of LTL 1.312 million.
