CONCERNING ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRELIMINARY PERFORMANCE RESULTS FOR THE ACCOUNTING

LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB will announce the performance results for the three

quarters of the year on 28 November 2003, because announcement of performance

results of LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB is a material event in respect of the

Company’s major shareholder, DFDS Tor Line A/S, which, in its turn, is a

subsidiary of DFDS A/S. Consequently, announcement of performance results of

LISCO BALTIC SERVICE AB is a material event in respect of DFDS A/S and, based

on the principle of simultaneous disclosure, can be only disclosed after this

information has been submitted to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by DFDS A/S.
