CONCERNING SUBMISSION OF THE REPORT OF ROKISKIO SURIS AB FOR THE THIRD QUARTER

2003



Rokiskio Suris AB has notified that the Company is in no position to timely

submit the consolidated quarterly report due to the accounting system being

under implementation in the Company and its subsidiaries. The Company is

planning to submit the report on 1 December 2003.
