On 10 November 2003 Limarko UAB owned 50.17 % of Klaipedos Transporto

Laivynas AB votes by the right of ownership.

On 10 November 2003 VB Rizikos Kapitalo Valdymas UAB owned 42.14 % of

Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB votes by the right of ownership.

On 10 November 2003, Limarko Laivininkystes Kompanija UAB lost all the votes

of Klaipedos Transporto Laivynas AB.

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the NSEL on 11 November 2003.
