CONCERNING RECALL OF THE BOARD AND APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW BOARD

On 10 November 2003, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Vilniaus Degtine AB

was held which resolved as follows:

1.To recall the following members of the Board of Vilniaus Degtine AB: 

A.Dobilas, R.Petrauskas, D.Tiryliene, D.Beganskiene, and S.Talat-Kelpsa.

2.To elect the following members to the Board of Vilniaus Degtine AB:

Raimundas Cicirka, Director General of Belvedere Prekyba UAB; Danas Kerbelis,

Director of Belvedere Prekyba UAB; Marius Sulcis, Marketing Director of

Belvedere Prekyba UAB, Andrej Galuska, Chief Financier of Belvedere Prekyba

UAB; and Pranas Janusevicius, Trade Manager of Belvedere Prekyba UAB.
