COMPANY PERFORMANCE RESULTS: ANTICIPATED FULFILMENT OF THE 2003 PLAN.

PROJECTIONS FOR 2004

The anticipated turnover for the year 2003 is LTL 274.1 million, profit before

taxes (non-consolidated) is LTL 29.1 million. The projected turnover for the

year 2004 is LTL 303.8 million, profit before taxes is LTL 25.4 million. The

decrease in profit is expected due to increased advertising costs, the start-up

of works in the Kaliningrad enterprise and consideration of changes in customs

duties on the Ukraine market. The projected profit and turnover presented has

not been consolidated with subsidiary enterprises as adjustment of the budget

revenue and costs is being carried out in the Kaliningrad subsidiary.
