CENTRAL MARKET TRADING WILL BE SUSPEND IN SECURITIES OF KLAIPEDOS NAFTA AB



Central market trading will be suspended in ORS of Klaipedos Nafta AB

(code 11165) on 18 December 2003 in order to protect interests of investors

due to the shareholders’ meeting to take place on 23 December 2003

(decision of the Board, 16 December 2003).
