ORS OF NAUJIEJI VERKIAI AB WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CURRENT LIST



On 31 December 2003 ORS of Naujieji Verkiai AB (code 10282) will be removed

from the Current List. Paragraph 71 of the NSEL Trading Rules (”the LSC has

annulled registration of these securities”).

The company is being reorganized by merging with Grigiskes AB

(Decision of the Board of the NSEL of 30 December 2003).
