On 23 January 2004, Pieno Pramones Investiciju Valdymas UAB acquired 8.72% of

Rokiskio Suris AB votes by the right of ownership.

On 23 January 2004, Survesta UAB acquired 36.63% of Rokiskio Suris AB votes by

the right of ownership.

The notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted

to the NSEL on 29 January 2004.
