TRADING IN SECURITIES OF STUMBRAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE ANNOUNCEMENT

DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 18 February 2004, trading in ORS of Stumbras AB (code 11943) will be

suspended until the announcement day through the information system of the NSEL

inclusive. Concerning a general shareholders’ meeting. Increase of the

authorized capital out of supplementary contributions. (Decision of the Board

of the NSEL of 19 February 2004).
