TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VILNIAUS BALDU KOMBINATAS AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL

THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 17 March 2004, trading in ORS of Vilniaus Baldu Kombinatas AB (code 10426)

will be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of

the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

17-03-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts. (Decision of the Board of the NSEL

of 8 March 2004).
