CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING



At 1 p.m. on 23 April 2004, a general meeting of AB Alita

shareholders' will be held in the company's conference hall

at 17 Miskininku St. in Alytus. Registration starts at twelve.

The Registration date of the meeting is 16 April 2004.

On the agenda:

1. report of the management Board on the company's economic and

financial performance in 2003 and approval thereof;

2. report of the company's internal auditor on the company's financial status;

3. approval of financial statement of 2003;

4. confirmation of profit (loss) distribution for the year 2003.
