THE NEW WORDING OF THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION WAS REGISTERED



The new wording of the Articles of Association of

Sanitas AB was registered on 22 March 2004,

and Baltijos Finansu Vystymo Grupe AB was deregistered

from the Registry of Legal Persons. Reorganisation of

the companies by the way of merger, whereby Baltijos

Finansu Vystymo Grupe AB was merged to Sanitas AB,

is deemed completed.
