TRADING IN SECURITIES OF LIETUVOS JURU LAIVININKYSTE AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL

THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 29 April 2004, trading in ORS of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB (code 12599)

will be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of

the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

29-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts (Resolutions of the Board of the

NSEL of 19 April 2004).
