TRADING IN SECURITIES OF VAKARU SKIRSTOMIEJI TINKLAI AB WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL

THE ANNOUNCEMENT DAY THROUGH THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE NSEL



On 30 April 2004, trading in ORS of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code 12637)

 will be suspended until the announcement day through the information system of

the NSEL inclusive. Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on

30-04-2004 ). Approval of annual accounts (Resolutions of the Board of the NSEL

of 19 April 2004).
