Resolutions of the Board meeting held on 21 April 2004:

1. Mr. Giedrius Barysas was elected Chairman of the Board of Snaige AB;

2. Mr. Romualdas Raudonis was removed from the position of the Director

General as from 22 April 2004;

3. Mr. Giedrius Barysas, Chairman of the Board, was appointed Director

General as from 22 April 2004.
