CONCERNING REGISTRATION OF THE SHARE ISSUE

This is to announce that on 22 April 2004 the Lithuanian Securities Commission

registered a new share issue of the bank Snoras AB.  2 500 000 ordinary

registered shares are issued for public trading in securities, the nominal

value of each is LTL 10, the total nominal value of shares is LTL 25,000,000.

The issue price per share is LTL 10, and the total share price of the issue is

LTL 25,000,000.
