TRADING IN SECURITIES OF LIETUVOS DUJOS AB WILL BE RENEWED AND PRICE VARIATION

LIMITS WILL NOT BE APPLIED



On 29 April 2004, trading in securities of Lietuvos Dujos AB (code 11622) will

be renewed and price variation limits will not be applied to securities of

Lietuvos Dujos AB. At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to approve

annual accounts and to increase the authorized capital of the company by

additional contributions (Resolution of the Listing Department of 28 April

2004).
