As from 10 May 2004, Valdas Tekorius is removed from the position of the

Director General of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB. On 5 May 2004, the Board of the company

adopted a decision to appoint  Aleksandras Smaginas Acting Director General of

Pieno Zvaigzdes AB as from 10 May 2004.
