NEW BOARD ELECTED AT THE SUPERVISORY BOARD MEETING

On 28 May 2004, the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the National Stock

Exchange of Lithuania AB (NSEL) was held, which removed the former Board of the

NSEL and elected the Board of a new composition. The elected members of the

Board are Artūras Keleras, President of the Central Securities Depository of

Lithuania AB,  Dalia Jasulaityte,  vice-president of the NSEL, Giedrius

Bacevicius, Director of Trading and Settlement Department of the NSEL,

Vidmantas Drobelis,  vice-president of the NSEL, and Algimantas Romeika,

Director of Finance Department of the NSEL.
