CHAIRWOMAN OF THE BOARD, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND PRESIDENT OF THE

COMPANY ELECTED AT THE  BOARD MEETING

On 28 May 2004, the meeting of the Board of the National Stock Exchange of

Lithuania AB (NSEL) was held, which elected Dalia Jasulaityte Chairwoman of the

Board; Vidmantas Drobelis was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board. As Rimantas

Busila, Chairman of the Board and President of the Company, resigned from

office, Dalia Jasulaityte was elected President of the Company as from 28 May

2004 for the term of the Board.
