Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Siauliu bankas

AB (code 10225) from 17 June 2004, inclusive; a new issue is added (decision of

 the Listing Department, 16 June 2004).

On 16 June 2004, at the Central Securities Depository a new issue of Siauliu

bankas AB will be added. After the change, the size of issue 10225 will be

52 750 000 units, nominal value: LTL 1, the total nominal value: LTL 52 750 000.
