Ukio Bankas AB has founded three subsidiaries, namely, 

Turto Valdymo Sprendimai UAB, Turto Valdymo Sistemos UAB and 

Turto Valdymo Strategija UAB, each with the authorised capital of LTL

1,000,000 divided into 10,000 ordinary registered shares of LTL 100 nominal

value.
