Supervisory Board resolutions of  Anyksciu Vynas AB



Following par. 9 of Art. 33 of the Law on Companies, the sitting of the

Supervisory Board of Anyksciu Vynas AB held on 8 July 2004 decided:

1) to recall the Board members of  Anyksciu Vynas AB: Ceslovas Matulevicius, 

Director General of Anyksciu Vynas AB, Nijole Bieliauskiene, Specialist of the

Division of Share Management of the state enterprise State Property Fund and

Jolita Krivickiene, Specialist of the Division of Share Management of the state

enterprise State Property Fund;

2) to elect as the Board members of Anyksciu Vynas AB for a new term of office: 

Vytautas Junevicius, Director General of Alita AB ,  Vilmantas Peciura, Director

of Finance and Administration of Alita AB , Arvydas Jonas Stankevicius, 

Production Director of Alita AB , and Darius Vezelis, Marketing and Sales 

Director of Alita AB .
