Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Sanitas AB (code

10617) from 1 September 2004, inclusive; the issue is reduced (decision of the

Listing Department, 30 August 2004).

On 31 August 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the issue of Sanitas AB

will be reduced. After the change, the size of issue 10617 will be 1 791 059

units, nominal value: LTL 5, the total nominal value: LTL 8 955 295.
