Securities of Panevezio Pienas AB (code of securities 11311) will be delisted

from the Current Trading List on October 4, 2004.

Section 135.2 of the Vilnius Stock Exchange Trading Rules (”the issuer so

requests”). Due to reorganization of the company by way of incorporation of

Panevezio Pienas AB into Pieno Zvaigzdes AB.
