Concerning the results of company’s activities of three quarters of 2004



On 29 October 2004, the Board of Vilniaus Vingis AB approved the results of

company’s activities of three quarters of 2004. Unaudited net profit is LTL 5.7

million.



Vilniaus Vingis AB has prepared the prospectus - report for three quarters of

the year 2004. Report and other related documents can be accessed at the

company’s office in Vilnius, Savanoriu av. 176 in Finance management department

or at the office of FBF Finasta AB at Konstitucijos av. 23, Vilnius.



Following the practice in the global market of electronics industry and for the

purpose to provide customers with company’s products the management of Vilniaus

Vingis AB in October 2004 made a decision to open a consignation stockroom of

company’s products in Germany, Berlin. This action will enable Vilniaus Vingis

AB to provide its parter in Germany Samsung SDIG GmbH with production with more

expedition, because in the consignation stockroom a sufficient amount of product

will be kept.



In October 2004 Vilniaus Vingis was registered as VAT payer in Germany. The

contract of cooperation was signed with the Audit Company KPMG Berlin. This

company is authorised to represent the interests of Vilniaus Vingis AB while

performing operations, connected with the payments and returns of VAT.
