Sales turnover in the period from January to October 2004

The sales turnover of the Apranga network, a retail seller of wearing apparel in
the Baltic States, totaled LTL17.6 million in October and exceeded by 45.8% the
value of October 2003.

In October, the company reached the record-high value of the total monthly
turnover, marking the peak values of the monthly turnover both in Lithuania and
in foreign markets.

During the ten months of 2004, the turnover of the Apranga network amounted to
LTL106.4 million generating an increase of 39.5% or LTL30.1 m as compared to the
corresponding period of 2003.

During January through September 2004, the group of Apranga companies earned a
pre-tax profit in the amount of LTL3.7 m or by 6.1% more than during the
corresponding period of the previous year.

Currently the Apranga JTC runs 38 stores, including 28 in Lithuania, 9 in Latvia
and 1 in Estonia.

On November 12, 2004, Apranga is going to open a franchise store of ZARA store
chain in Vilnius, thus ending the first stage in the expansion of the ZARA
network in the Baltic States. This project will be the largest one in the
history of Apranga by both the area and the size of made investments.
