Performance result for the ten months of 2004



The performance of Lietuvos energija AB for the ten months of 2004 resulted in a

non-audited pre-tax profit of LTL 85 million. The profit target of LTL 80

million approved by the Board in the Company's business plan for 2004 is likely

to be beaten by more than LTL 20 million. The financial results have been

calculated without fixed assets revaluation adjustments.
