Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Lifosa AB (code

11669) from December 13, 2004, inclusive; the new issue of ORS is added

(decision of the Listing Department, as of December 10, 2004).

On December 13, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the new issue of ORS

of Lifosa AB will be added. After the change, the size of the issue 11669 will

be 21 020 564 units, nominal value of LTL 10, the total nominal value of LTL 210

205 640 .
