Notification regarding the acquisition of the block of shares of Ekranas AB



On October 04, 2004, company "CPT Investment Ltd." (British Virgin Island) owned

28.4 % of Ekranas AB votes by the right of ownership (number of votes before the

acquisition of the block of shares was 14.3 %).

Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on December 23, 2004.
