Regarding revaluation of fixed assets



The corporation of independent asset valuators Matininkai UAB conducted the

valuation of the fixed assets of Lietuvos energija AB. The value of the

company's fixed assets was determined to be LTL 3.62 billion, i.e. it

increased by 3.7 times as compared to the data of the 2003 financial statements.
