According to the preliminary anaudited data the sales of Sanitas AB for 2004

amounted to LTL 43.297 thousand, generating an increase of 140 % as compared to

the year 2003. The sales for December of 2004 amounted to LTL 2.908 thousand,

generating an increase of 194 % as compared to December of 2003.
