EKRANAS AB has signed services agreement with the public relations company

REKLAMOS POREIKIS UAB, where Angelija Zokaitiene, who had been Head of

Investment and Public Relations Department of EKRANAS AB for many years, is

taking the place of Director from January 3, 2005.

She is going to represent the interests of EKRANAS AB, by providing information

to investors, securities market participants and institutions, mass media and

the public.
