The turnover of February 2005

The turnover of the network of Apranga group, the leader of the Lithuanian
retail sellers of wearing apparel, in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia totaled LTL
12.35 m in February 2005 and exceeded by 72% the turnover of February 2004.

The turnover of the Apranga group network in January-February of 2005 amounted
to LTL 27.5 m and as compared to the corresponding period of 2004 rose by 53%.

Having achieved high turnover growth rates in 2004, Apranga plans to maintain
such rates this year and grow even faster exceeding the turnover of LTL 200 m.

During the two months of 2005 Apranga has opened three stores investing LTL 2.5
m in them. Presently 43 stores belong to the Apranga group, including 32 which
operate in Lithuania, 10 - in Latvia and 1 - in Estonia.

The shares of the public trading company Apranga are listed on the Vilnius Stock
Exchange. The Apranga APB is owned by the concern MG Baltic.
