According to preliminary data during the first quarter of 2005 Vilniaus bankas

AB earned a pre-audited net profit of LTL 35.9 m, and Vilniaus bankas group

earned a pre-audited net profit of LTL 43.9 m. The profit figures have been

calculated in compliance with the regulations of the Bank of Lithuania and legal

acts of the Republic of Lithuania. During the first quarter of 2004 the bank and

the group earned a pre-audited net profit of LTL 25.7 m.
