Regarding a proposal to pay dividend for the financial year 2004



According to the decision of the Management Board dated April 4, 2005, a

proposal will be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of Vilnius

Stock Exchange to be held on April 27, 2005 to pay dividend in the amount of LTL

1929 per ordinary share worth LTL 15000 by nominal value. The dividend will be

paid within 1 month of the decision regarding profit appropriation being taken

by the Stock Exchange's general meeting of shareholders.
