On decisions of the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos



1. The Company’s audited net profit for 2004 is LTL 67.7 million.



2. In its meeting of 14 April 2005, the Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos

decided to present to the General Shareholders Meeting due on 29 April 2005 a

draft profit appropriation, which provides to appropriate LTL 33 million of the

profit for the shareholders’ dividends ( LTL 0. 07 per one share with par value

of 1 Litas) for the year 2004.
