On 18 April 2005, trading in securities of Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (code

12637) will be

renewed. At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to approve annual accounts.

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to increase the company’s authorized

capital out of the company’s funds by increasing the nominal value of shares.
