Results of operation for the first quarter of 2005



In March 2005, Grigiskes AB, the largest Lithuanian producer of wood fibre board

and sanitary and daily use paper products, earned a profit of LTL 627 thousand.

It was by 38.4% more than for the corresponding month in 2004, when the

company's profit amounted to LTL 453 thousand.

During the first three months of 2005 the company earned a profit of LTL 2139

thousand, which exceeded by 32% the amount of the corresponding period a year

ago, when the company's profit reached LTL 1623 thousand.

The sales and services of the Company in March 2005 equaled LTL 8 942 thousand.

If compared to the sales and services of March 2004, they rose by 2%.  In March

2004, the company sold goods and rendered services for LTL 8772 thousand. During

the first three months of the year the sales of Grigiskes AB totaled LTL 24 586

thousand.
