The turnover in January-April, 2005

The sales turnover of the retail trade network of Apranga group in April 2005
totaled LTL 15 608.7 thousand and exceeded the turnover of the corresponding
month in 2004 by 81.5%. It has been the highest growth rate of the turnover in
the current year. The high April growth rates resulted from network expansion,
successful sale of spring collections and much better weather conditions than in
the first quarter. In four months of 2005, the sales turnover of the retail
trade network of Apranga group in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia amounted to LTL
56 537.5 and exceeded by 61.0% the turnover of the corresponding period of the
last year. The retail trade
turnover of Apranga group grew by 25% in Lithuania, and increased 4-fold in
foreign markets (Latvia and Estonia).
In 2005, the Apranga group plans to reach the turnover of LTL 200.0 million and
receive a pretax profit of at least LTL 11.0 million. The shares of the public
trading company Apranga are listed on the Vilnius Stock Exchange. The Apranga
APB is owned by the concern MG Baltic.
