The Board of Klaipedos Baldai AB took a decision on May 17, 2005 to issue

bonds with a maturity of 3 years for the amount of up to EUR 8 700 000, with

the annual interest rate not exceeding 4.5%. The Board has authorized

Eimuntas Jankauskas, Managing Director of Klaipedos Baldai AB, to fix the

specific conditions of the bond issue. Klaipedos baldai AB has appointed

bankas Hansabankas AB to act as consultant on the offering of the bond

issue.
