Regarding new tariffs



On 24 May 2005 Lietuvos Dujos AB submitted to the National Control Commission

for Prices and Energy the New Natural Gas Tariffs for the Regulated Customers

and Transmission, Distribution Services Tariffs (that will come info effect from

1 July 2005) settled by the Company Board of Directors Resolution No1 of 23 May

2005.
