RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of May 27, 2005 to list, starting with June 7, 

2005, 4,940,000 JSC “Viesnīca Latvija” common registered voting shares on the RSE Free list. 

Nominal value is LVL 1; total issue value is LVL 4,940,000; ISIN code LV0000101137. The issue 

prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on February 25, 2005.



The RSE trading code is VLA1R and SAXESS order book technical ID is 29993; standard lot size is 

500.
