SEB Vilniaus bankas became a member of Riga Stock Exchange and Tallinn Stock Exchange

On 30.05.2005 the management boards of Riga Stock Exchange and Tallinn
Stock Exchange approved the membership application of AB SEB Vilniaus bankas.

SEB Vilniaus bankas, a member of SEB - a Nordic Europe Financial Companies Group
- is Lithuania's biggest commercial bank offering a full range of banking services
to financial institutions and to over 844 thousand retail and corporate customers.
SEB Vilniaus bankas is also a leading participant on the Vilnius Stock Exchange,
where in 2004 SEB Vilniaus bankas was the most active member on the Central Market
with 23 percent market share. 75 percent of all SEB Vilniaus bankas’ trades were
executed through Securities eBrokerage System.

SEB Vilniaus bankas will start trading under trading code VLB.

Riga Stock Exchange now has 17 members, including eight members trading from abroad.
Tallinn Stock Exchange now has 19 members, including eleven members trading from abroad.
