Regarding new tariffs



The National Control Commission for Prices and Energy by its 

Resolution No 03-30 of 30 May 2005 unilaterally set natural 

gas transmission, distribution tariffs as well as natural 

gas tariffs for the regulated customers of Lietuvos Dujos AB 

that will come into effect from 1 July 2005. This decision of 

the Commission will have a negative impact on the financial results 

of the regulated activities of Lietuvos Dujos AB.
