On 6 June 2005, Aare Tammemäe, a member of the Management Board, responsible for

finance division, submitted his resignation in relation to a challenging job

offer outside port community and transit sector. The Supervisory Board will

discuss the issue on its meeting on Tuesday, 28 June 2005.
