Amendments of Parex Austrumeiropas Sabalansētais fonds fund Prospectus 



The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to the 

prospectus of open-ended investment fund Parex Austrumeiropas Sabalansētais 

fonds on June 2, 2005. The changes will be effective as of July 4, 2005. 

The amendments in the prospectus:

1.The name of the fund has been changed to of Parex Eastern European Balanced Fund, 

in Latvian Parex Austrumeiropas Sabalansētais fonds, 

2.The prospectus is now fully compliant with UCITS Directive 85/611/EC and to 

the European Commission Recommendation No. 2004/384/EC,

3.Determination of the Investment-Related Risks of the Fund,

4.Exact definition of the Methods and procedures for determining the Fund’s 

net asset value.

These changes have no impact on the investment portfolio of the fund and the 

fund’s investors. The prospectus of Fund is published on the Internet pages of 

the Riga Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com) and JSC “Parex ieguldījumu pārvaldes 

sabiedrība” (www.parex.lv).
